All good things must come to an end.

Braydilks is closing

After some 40 years in practice in Truro the partners have decided the time has come to retire and pursue other gentler and less stressful interests in lovely Cornwall. Accordingly, we wish to inform all existing and former clients that we shall close our practice with effect from 30th September 2021.

Since 1978 we have been in practice as solicitors in Cornwall serving our clients in negotiating the legal aspects of their lives. Many clients have returned to us time after time and many have become friends as well as clients.

Sadly, we must now wind up our practice and we are no longer accepting instructions on new matters.

For all existing clients, we shall be available as normal until 30th September and you may contact us on our usual number or by email to the member of the firm who is acting for you.

After 30th September, we shall be available by email and telephone still, but will not, of course, be able to give any advice. We shall be happy to recommend you to another firm of solicitors if you would like us to.

We would ask any clients for whom we are storing wills or deeds to contact us.

We would like to thank all our clients for their support over the years and also thank our professional colleagues with whom we have dealt on so many matters.

We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and have a Complaints Handling Policy.
